Born on May 3, 1967 in the City of Pines (Baguio), he finished his primary, intermediate and secondary schools there. He finished BSC Accountancy at the Pontifical & Royal University of Santo Tomas, Manila in 1987 and eventually became a CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT.

He became a Campus Minister for Victory Christian Fellowship in 1989 and was sent to the then Municipality of Tuguegarao as a Christian Missionary. In 1991 after his marriage to Monaliza Magalong, he was ordained as a Pastor.

For twenty years, he has been the Senior Pastor of Victory Christian Fellowship from a mere 20 members to currently 500.

Yet he was not confined within the church activities, he continued to share his leadership by involving himself to socio-civic activities, projects and programs. He bagged the Most Outstanding Rotary Club President of District 3770 for the year 2005. He also was a consistent medalist for the Triangle Service Award for YMCA (Bronze, 2004; Silver, 2005; Gold, 2006).

Because of his great involvement in the city, the province and the region, he was cited by NEDA-RO2 as the Outstanding Volunteer of 2007 and was nominated for the nationals.

In the May 2007 Local Elections, he took the chance to have a seat in the Sangguniang Panlungsod ng Tuguegarao. With an overwhelming City Highest Record, Rosauro “Pastor Ross” Ganzon Resuello finished as the No.1 City Councilor of Tuguegarao.

Currently, he is the SP Chairman for Trade & Industry, and Livelihood & Cooperatives. Ross is also the Vice-Chairman for the Committee on Appropriations, Ways & Means and the Committee on Public Health, Sanitation & Nutrition. A member on the Committee for Agriculture, Committee on Education, and Committee on Transportation & Communications.

He believes in “Kabataan at Kabuhayan tungo sa Kaunlaran!” As his policies, projects and programs are based towards betterment through legislation and execution, Rosauro “Pastor Ross” G. Resuello embodies Developing Tuguegarao Together.
